With over 30 years executive experience in the travel industry, our Managing Partner, Jeff Hakim is attuned to industry trends and has for some time been concerned with the erosion of customer service resulting from the shift in how modern day travel is bought and distributed.
As a fervent supporter of technology, Jeff has embraced the benefits the internet has brought to both travellers and the travel industry at large, but believes there are a large number of travellers who still want those old fashioned values of great service and convenience that the professional travel agent has traditionally provided.
Coincidentally there are also a large number of well-credentialed and highly professional travel agents who are being ‘squeezed’ to compromise their service levels and personal customer attention in order to meet the increasing cost pressures placed upon them by these unique market conditions.
It was with these thoughts in mind that Jeff conceived Travel Partners as a genuine alternative for both Consultant and Client.

Jeff entered the travel industry back in 1980 having completed a Bachelor of Business at University of Technology. With more than 30 years experience, Jeff is well known within the industry and media and has continuously held a travel agent’s license for the past 24 years as principle of New World Travel Group. His industry standing and reputation can be best demonstrated by his many achievements gathered during this time

Danielle has over 20 years in the travel industry. She is incredibly excited about the strength behind the company and the direction she can provide to achieve the growth success planned for the future.

Kate comes with a wealth of travel experience after 21 years in the industry, most recently in the independent world at Helloworld for 10 years..
Finance Leader – Lynda Bauermeister
Linda has been in accounting & finance for the travel industry for many years, having worked for Bentours, Ski Japan, MSC Cruises and The Perfect Travel Group.
The first part of her career was spent in Europe – mostly Sweden – working in finance for the shipping industry.
She enjoys leading a team and mentoring. I do my best work in a fast-moving high-pressure environment and is looking forward to adding value as a member of the Leadership Team of Travel Partners.
Product Leader – Lou Larsson
Lou comes with 14 years of product experience. Lou started her career as a novice in travel and quickly moved into leadership positions of various agencies spending six years at the front line with many successes and awards on record.
Head of Account Management and Network Support – Lisa Zahra
Lisa has been in the industry for over 20 years primarily with FCTG and most recently with The Travel Corporation (TTC) Family of Brands.
She has held a variety of roles from Travel Consultant, Airfare Coordinator to GM of Product across both Leisure and Corporate.
She brings a wealth of experience in managing large teams, customer service, helpdesk organisation, and product co-ordination.

Ricardo assists our financial controller with all accounting operations, financial reporting, maintenance of adequate accounting records and control of budget and risk management for the company.

David works closely with all TP departments and business segments to bring clear and accessible reporting to assist Leadership in taking decisions to further objectives the of the business.

Lisa generates monthly invoicing for mobile agents, reconciliation for pay direct commissions and assistance with all financial reporting.

Marina is our Tramada expert and assists with enquiries from mobile agents and wholly owned store consultants. Marina is also responsible for E Nett, unknown deposits and air and land reconciliations

Priti is responsible for all daily reconciliations in Tramada and assisting all agents with any payments request from EFT to FX payments
